Musée de la Lithographie
|
At the
museum of lithography you can find literaric, scientific and artificial
studies whose stock consists of objects and documentations concerning
lithography. They intend to contribute a better historical knowledge about
lithography. The
semantic origin of the word « Lithography » is composed of the
greec word « lithos » which means « stone » and the
word « graphein », « to write ». It’s a
printing art whose reproductions of handmade designs are made possible by an
adipoid pencil and a limestone. |
